Job Description

  • Assisting Sous Chef and assess quality control and adhere to Café Operations service standards.
  • Knowledge of storage and sanitation procedures. Assists Executive Chef on daily tasks.
  • Takes care of daily food preparation and duties assigned by the superiors to meet the standard and the quality set by the Café.
  • Responsible to supervise line cook or kitchen helpers.
  • Ensure that the production, preparation, and presentation of food are always of the highest quality.

Job Requirements

  • College Graduate of Hotel Management, Culinary Arts or related field.
  • At least 3 years’ experience cooking in a well-established restaurant or full-service hotel and/or minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Proven experience in a Chef de Partie role.
  • Must be fluent in English and Filipino.
